• Analytics technologies: used to understand how visitors use websites and improve performance. Google Analytics may be used at launch subject to consent where required.
• Marketing technologies: used to measure campaigns, understand conversions and deliver or measure advertising. Meta Pixel may be used at launch subject to consent where required.
• Preference technologies: used to remember settings such as cookie choices, language or display preferences.
• Future technologies: SMS/WhatsApp, heatmaps, session replay, support chat, business systems and other tools may be introduced later only after review and appropriate notice.

Logged-in areas and sensitive contexts

Hi-Five uses greater caution in logged-in Rewards and Partner Portal areas, especially where healthcare, dental, appointment, referral or message activity is involved. Marketing pixels should not be used in sensitive logged-in areas unless legally reviewed and clearly consented where required.

Managing preferences

You can manage non-essential cookie choices through the cookie banner or preference centre. Essential technologies cannot normally be switched off because the service cannot operate securely without them.

Third-party providers
