These terms govern use of growth.hi-five.co.uk, the business-facing marketing website for Hi-Five. The website is operated by Outsmartm Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 08696350.

Purpose
The Growth website helps businesses learn about Hi-Five, request demos, access resources and start onboarding. It does not by itself grant partner access or create a live loyalty programme.
Business enquiries
Information provided through the Growth website must be accurate and submitted by someone authorised to act for the business. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a participating business.
No professional or legal advice
Information on the Growth website is general product information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, advertising, healthcare or data-protection advice. Businesses remain responsible for obtaining their own advice.
Partner terms required
A business must accept the applicable Partner Terms, Data Processing Addendum, onboarding documentation and subscription terms before using Hi-Five with customers.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the Growth website or copy, modify, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit content except as permitted. Hi-Five branding, designs, platform materials and content are owned by or licensed to Outsmartm Limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
