Information we process on the public website
At launch, the public website may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from network information, requested URL, timestamp, response status, cookie preference records, security logs and diagnostic records.
If we introduce contact forms, newsletter signup, downloadable resources, demo requests, customer support forms or other interactive features later, we will update this policy and collect only the information needed for those features.
Cookies, analytics and marketing pixels
The public website may use essential cookies or local storage to operate the website and remember cookie choices. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may be used at launch to understand website usage and measure marketing performance, but non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are controlled through the cookie consent mechanism where required by law.
Why we use information
We use website information to deliver the website, remember preferences, secure the service, prevent misuse, diagnose faults, understand website performance, measure campaigns, improve the website, respond to enquiries where enabled, comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Lawful bases
Our lawful bases may include legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website; consent for non-essential cookies and marketing technologies where required; legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information; and contract or pre-contractual steps where you contact us about services.
Sharing information
We may share limited website information with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, cookie-consent, professional-adviser and legal/regulatory service providers where necessary. We do not sell personal information.
Hosting and international transfers
At launch, Hi-Five data is intended to be hosted in the United Kingdom and/or the European Economic Area. Some providers, support access, analytics or security services may involve processing outside the UK/EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual terms, transfer safeguards and security controls.
Retention
We retain website technical logs, cookie records and security records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Some records may be retained for longer where required for security, legal, audit, dispute or regulatory purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact hifive.platform@outsmartm.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled. If you are outside the UK, you may also have local rights where applicable.
