Information we process on the public website
When you visit the website, our website and hosting systems process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, response status, and security or diagnostic information.
If you email us, we process your email address and the information you include so that we can review and respond to your enquiry. Privacy-choice records are processed when optional cookie controls are available and you use them.
Cookies, analytics and marketing pixels
The public website uses essential technologies where needed to operate the website and remember privacy choices. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are not currently active. We may introduce them in the future, but we will update our notices and cookie controls before activation and request consent where required.
Why we use information
We use this information to deliver and secure the website, prevent and investigate misuse, diagnose faults, remember privacy choices, respond to enquiries, comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
Lawful bases
We rely on our legitimate interests to operate, secure and support the website and respond to enquiries. We rely on consent before using non-essential technologies where consent is required. We may also process information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or take steps you request before entering into a contract.
Sharing information
CloudHasty provides hosting infrastructure for the first release of this website. We also share information only where necessary with providers supporting our security, email and cookie controls, and with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required. We do not sell personal information.
Hosting and international transfers
The first release of this website is hosted by CloudHasty on servers located in Germany. If another service provider processes personal information outside the United Kingdom, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another safeguard required by applicable data-protection law where necessary.
Retention
We retain website technical and security records, privacy-choice records and support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Records may be retained for longer where needed for security, legal, audit, dispute or regulatory purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact hifive.platform@outsmartm.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled. If you are outside the UK, you may also have local rights where applicable.
